Karl Sherry started in the industry in 1982 serving a traditional apprenticeship in Dublin Ireland with Elmores Dublin Ltd a leading Irish electrical company that specialized in complex wiring systems. After moving to Santa Cruz California in 1988 Karl worked for Davis Electric as a journeyman electrician installing, directing emergency power systems and large commercial projects in the bay area.
A job offer with a Texas oil company Fish engineering and construction brought Karl to Unocal refinery near the four corners supervising crews installing conduit (embedded and exposed) and terminating voltages up to 4160 AC. In 1993 Karl co-founded Teton Electric inc, an electrical contracting company in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.
